What does the graduate programme involve?Our two-year graduate programme is a dynamic and comprehensive initiative, designed to nurture and develop the next of talent. The programme allows for 3–12-month rotations across functions, business areas or locations. This will give you the opportunity to network and experience different parts of our business. We want to give you the tools and experiences you need to shape your future so you can use your passion and abilities to help us succeed in the energy transition.
