You will keep the plant running, perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, and monitor the BMS to respond to alarms.
You will own on-site work, manage contractors, write permits to work and switch procedures, and mentor less experienced engineers while ensuring safe operations in a 24/7
