As a Senior Building Services Engineer within the Corporate Real Estate team, you will play a critical role in the technical design, coordination, and performance of workplace projects across the global portfolio. This role is focused on ensuring Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and workplace infrastructure are technically robust, operationally effective, fully coordinated, and aligned with standards and business requirements.

Acting as a technical authority across workplace projects, you will bridge the gap between engineering design, workplace functionality, operational performance, and construction delivery. You will lead technical review and coordination activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, security, and IT/AV systems, ensuring technical solutions are integrated seamlessly into the workplace environment.

This role is heavily focused on RIBA Stages 3-4 and construction delivery, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, technical governance, sustainability objectives, commissioning, and operational readiness across projects globally, including technical due diligence activities when assessing new office buildings.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, Security, IT/AV, Operations, and Facilities teams to ensure the successful technical delivery of high-performing workplace environments.

Reporting to the Global Director of Design, Delivery.
