About the Role Equinix is looking for a delivery-focused Program Delivery Manager to run our internship, apprenticeship, and traineeship programs across EMEA.
This is a hands-on, execution-led role: you will make sure each program runs smoothly from start to finish — onboarding, scheduling, events, participant support, and reporting — ensuring programmatic talent is enabled through the employee lifecycle and business teams get the support they need.
Based in London and working within Equinix’s Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) team, you will coordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, learning enablement teams, and external partners such as universities and training providers to deliver programs on time, on budget, and in line with local requirements across EMEA markets.
