Job Summary

Acquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks, using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.

Responsibilities

  • Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance
    • Performs basic preventative maintenance checks on-site to non-critical facility components.
    • Performs basic repairs and maintenance to non-critical facility components.
    • Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) by following standard operating procedures; works under close supervision in responding to basic alarms.
  • Vendor Support
    • Coordinates with vendors on standard operating procedures.
  • Site Administration & Incident Support
    • Supports basic site logs for permits, such as: Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts.
  • Work Orders & Additional Projects
    • Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision.
    • Assists in routine incident management requests.
  • Collaboration
    • Provides assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities.
    • Provides basic assistance to more senior staff on infrastructure projects; may shadow projects for learning.

Qualifications

Typically requires a high school diploma and proven year of equivalent work experience.
