Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Change and Enablement Manager to join our team in Warsaw. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can craft compelling narratives, design visually engaging content, and lead communication strategies that support organizational change. You will play a key role in shaping how we educate and engage the company in our digital transformation with an emphasis on data and AI initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives and change management strategies.
  • Create persuasive written content for internal and external audiences and some executive thought leadership messaging.
  • Design visually engaging materials such as presentations, infographics, and digital assets to support campaigns and change initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and project teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging during organizational changes.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of change and communication initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in visual content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience supporting change management communications in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with change initiatives focused on driving a data‐driven culture and AI.

The targeted pay range for this position in Poland - Warsaw Office WAO is 192,000 - 317,000 PLN / Annual. Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full‐time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
