Description: Equinix is seeking an interim Legal Counsel specializing in construction to support its data centre development projects across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will advise on legal and contractual aspects of development, including contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role involves partnering with the Design & Construction team to support major infrastructure projects and managing external counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified lawyers with at least 5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) specializing in construction law. Experience in private practice, in-house, or both is required, alongside strong expertise in construction contracts and infrastructure projects. Experience in the data centre industry is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English is required.
