Job Summary
Manages, trains, cross trains, develops, and motivates the team. Drafts budget proposals, provides status reports, internal/external customer and interdepartmental communications.
Responsibilities
Team Management

Manages teams to ensure optimal performance of the Data Centers

Develops and motivates team members
Technical Support

Investigates technical issues and leads supervisors in resolving issues

Provides root cause analysis
System Support

Ensures team members are working within the system per the operational requirements

Resolves basic issues
Facilities Management

Reviews recommendations and pricing with local suppliers and keeps servicing records to ensure that data center infrastructure is properly maintained
Budgeting

Drafts proposals for data center infrastructure improvements which require capital expenditure approval
Reporting

Provides routine status reports on data center performance
