Quais serão suas responsabilidades:
Responsável pelo recebimento de equipamentos de tecnologia e armazenamento no estoque;
Gerenciamento do estoque dos equipamentos de tecnologia;
Teste e troubleshooting dos equipamentos de TI, além do gerenciamento de licenças de softwares e licenciamento desses equipamentos e contato com os fornecedores/fabricantes;
Validação de filas de provisionamento e atendimento;
Contato com as áreas de Serviços Gerenciados de TI para realizar as validações dos equipamentos recebidos e deixar preparado para as ativações;
Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.
Quais são os requisitos:
Ensino Superior cursando ou recém formado em cursos relacionados à TI;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em nossos Data Centers localizados em Barueri e Santana de Parnaíba de 8h às 17h;
Inglês avançado para atuar com a equipe global.
