Equinix, Inc. is hiring Staff and Senior Staff Engineers to build production AI agents and the platform they run on.

You will design, ship, evaluate, and harden agents that trusted teams use for real delivery work; your agents will write software and your engineering decisions determine what ships.

You will own agents through full lifecycle, craft governance via evals and guardrails, and help scale the platform with architecture, code quality, CI/CD, and cloud-native design.
