You will take ownership of product governance activities, oversee product reviews and fair value assessments, and provide valuable insights to senior stakeholders that help shape business decisions and improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the governance framework for retail and retirement propositions, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty and PROD4 requirements.
- Conduct annual Fair Value Assessments and Product Reviews, ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.
- Assess product performance, governance metrics and customer outcomes, identifying potential risks, trends and areas for improvement.
- Escalate risks and governance concerns with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance governance processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
