You should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the pensions industry, ideally in the area of Bulk Purchase Annuities and/or Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Administration.**Core Duties/Responsibilities**The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:* Provide, both buy in and buy out, administration services to customers, working to agreed targets* Putting the member experience at the heart of everything member transaction we lead upon* Interpreting and applying Trustee membership movements to the insured population during buy in administration* To complete / check casework and provide feedback* Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)* Collating and escalating Trustee and client enquiries (oral and written)* Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer and client enquiries* Collating and analysing data and produces routine reports* Performing and issuing pension calculations including manual calculations* Checking and reviewing Trustee’s pension calculation during buy in administration* Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader* The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, Trustee administrators and client stakeholders**Skills, Capabilities and Attributes**The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:* Excellent attention to detail and capable of following defined processes and procedures* Strong communication skills* Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service* The ability to develop positive and productive working relationships* Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems • Strong numeracy and literacy skills* Previous experience of Defined Benefits Pensions is preferred* Knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities is desirable* Proven track record of quality, timely delivery**What We Offer*** **Save For Your Future** - Equiniti Pension Plan; Equiniti matches your pension contributions up to 10%* **All Employee Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)** – Gives all EQ Colleagues the opportunity to benefit if the current owners successfully sell the company for a profit.* **Health and Wellbeing** – Employee Assistance Programme: counselling, legal & wellbeing support for colleagues and their households.
