The Role:
As our Operations Effectiveness Manager, you’ll oversee resource planning and ensure seamless execution of business change within our Operations servicing function. You’ll be pivotal in driving transformation, optimising processes, and ensuring our operations align with business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operational Change Management – Define and implement a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for change initiatives, engaging stakeholders and considering wider operational impacts.
- Process Improvement – Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, driving improvements across operational workflows.
- Resource Management – Ensure optimal use of resources, including personnel, technology, and equipment, coordinating with department heads to address bottlenecks.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect and analyse performance data, generating insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Mentoring – Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
