The Global Head of Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership across sourcing and procurement activities in India, UK, and USA. This senior role combines operational excellence, stakeholder partnership, and category management to deliver commercial impact, mitigate risk, and drive supplier innovation. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, embedding procurement into strategic decision‑making and transformation initiatives.
Core Duties & Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to India based sourcing professionals across multiple categories. Create a high-performance growth mindset culture focused on speed, quality, commercial impact, and stakeholder experience.
- Strategic Sourcing Delivery: Oversee end‑to‑end sourcing activity including market engagement, RFPs, category strategies, negotiations, and contracting. Ensure sourcing events are executed consistently, compliantly, and aligned with procurement policy and governance. Partner with Global Category leads to align sourcing activity with enterprise‑wide strategic priorities. Embed best practices and digital tools to improve sourcing efficiency and transparency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders across business and finance functions.
- Category Management: Develop and implement category strategies that deliver performance, profitability, and alignment with business objectives. Standardize requirements and specifications by managing customer input and feedback channels. Conduct spend analysis to leverage synergies across the enterprise supply base. Build, maintain and communicate a 12–24 month pipeline of renewals and initiatives to forecast savings and value delivery.
- Relationship Management: Manage key strategic suppliers under the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Collaboration Across Procurement: Partner with the TPRM team to integrate supplier due diligence, onboarding, and performance management into sourcing. Support implementation of the Global SRM Framework to drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Senior Technology Category Head to ensure resources are deployed at the right skill level and are delivering against the right priorities—particularly for complex technology sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Governance & Process: Ensure Procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and audit readiness across sourcing activities. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, process gaps, and inefficiencies across the sourcing lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence & Reporting: Implement best‑practice sourcing tools, templates, and analytics to drive efficiency and consistency. Support adoption of AI‑enabled procurement tools (e.g., Elissa AI, eRFP, Agents) to automate processes and improve compliance. Own team KPIs including savings, influence on spend, cycle times, stakeholder satisfaction, and risk management.
- Proven experience in senior procurement leadership roles across multiple categories and geographies.
- Experience in managing and developing a high performing team. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and systems, with a record of successful operational implementation of strategic sourcing practices in complex organisations.
- Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
- Track record of delivering savings, mitigating risk, and driving innovation.
- Strong knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, and digital tools.
- Record of active participation in cross-functional procurement transformation programs.
