This position will be accountable for Business Analysis across both internal and client driven change and projects ensuring that appropriately skilled and capable resource is efficiently deployed to deliver against the EQRS business plan and within budget revenue and profit parameters. Driving standardised repeatable continuous improvement in delivery processes and overall change efficiency whilst ensuring EQ governance, control frameworks and best practice are adhered to.**Core Duties/Responsibilities**The duties and responsibilities outlined below are to be regarded as broad areas of responsibility and do not necessarily detail all tasks which the post holder may be required to perform.* Oversee and support all BA and SBA activity and ensure all change activity is transparent.* Improve quality and value of the service delivered – which should avoid waste, and reduce rework or rectification activity.* Undertake business analysis across a range of projects* Improve efficiency of activities – which should enable additional capacity for revenue generation or transformation work.* Actively work with other RS Delivery stakeholders, and the team, to remove silos (Change, IT, Ops) and provide a joined-up Delivery service to internal and external stakeholders.* Focus on delivering positive client outcomes from the work requested of the team.* Actively contribute to resource and effort forecasting as required.**Line Management:*** Arranging and conducting monthly 1-1’s with your team* General HR administration – For example, managing and approving employee leave (annual, sick etc), approving weekly timesheets etc* Leading quarterly appraisals with your team and completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner* Occasional involvement with recruitment activities, namely interviewing and CV reviewing**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience skills and behaviours:* Experience of undertaking Business Analysis on complex high volatility projects* Relevant qualifications Business Analysis qualifications* Relevant qualifications in the Pensions & Actuarial Industry desirable (e.g. Pensions Management Institute Certification)* Demonstrable software development capability* Demonstrate commercial awareness & operational efficiencies / income generation in current role* Previous team management experience.**What We Offer*** **Save For Your Future** – Equiniti Pension Plan; Equiniti matches your pension contributions up to 10%* **All Employee Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)** – Gives all EQ Colleagues the opportunity to benefit if the current owners successfully sell the company for a profit.* **Health and Wellbeing** – Employee Assistance Programme: counselling, legal & wellbeing support for colleagues and their households.
