Role Summary
We are entering an exciting phase of our learning and development journey as we work towards becoming an apprenticeship training provider. As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Leadership Coach to play a key role in delivering and shaping our Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership apprenticeship programmes. This is a unique opportunity to join at the start of the journey. You will not only coach and develop apprentices, but also contribute to the design, build and continuous improvement of our leadership programmes, ensuring they reflect modern leadership thinking and real workplace application.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Deliver high-quality coaching for Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership apprenticeship programmes
- Support apprentices throughout their end-to-end journey, from onboarding to End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Work closely with learners and line managers to embed learning into day-to-day leadership practices
- Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum, learning resources and delivery models
- Stay current with modern leadership thinking, inclusive leadership practices and people development trends, bringing new ideas into programme design and delivery
- Conduct progress reviews, set meaningful targets and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate learner records in line with ESFA, quality and Ofsted expectations
- Prepare apprentices for gateway and EPA readiness
- Act as an ambassador for our apprenticeship provision as it continues to grow
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in leadership, management or people development roles
- Experience coaching, mentoring or developing others in the workplace
- A passion for developing future leaders and influencing organisational capability
- Ability to balance delivery with programme development and innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications (or willingness to work towards):
- Leadership or Management qualification at Level 5 or above (desirable)
- Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA) or willingness to work towards
- Coaching qualification (desirable)
- Maths & English at Level 2 or equivalent
