Equiniti is seeking a Head of Agile Practice to drive delivery excellence by defining, embedding, and evolving Agile ways of working across product lines and delivery teams. You will lead a team of Agile Practitioners and partner with Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product, Technology and Portfolio leaders to strengthen organisational capability and adoption of Equiniti's Agile operating model. You will champion Agile values, promote best practices, and steer initiatives that improve.
