Administrative Support role at Equiniti. The team provides administrative support to Senior Specialists delivering a first class, right first time service to clients. The role includes data extraction, updating spreadsheets, inputting data, and preparing voting reports. All work is visible to clients, their shareholders and, in some cases, the industry. A pro-active approach to risk management and process adherence is essential to maintain performance and reputation.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Act independently, with support where necessary, ensuring senior members are kept up to date.
- Process adherence to pro-actively manage risk.
- Manage all tasks to agreed timelines, ensuring all activities are diarised in accordance with the agreed timetables and that spreadsheets are kept up to date.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills when communicating with senior specialists.
- Provide the required information to support the Senior Specialists.
- Attention to detail to compare output with previous reports, highlighting concerns or discrepancies.
- Carry out a range of administration tasks.
- Working outside core hours may be required to meet client deadlines during peak periods.
