We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious operator to join our team and help scale a fast-growing business within the equine tech industry. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role combines strategy, operations, and hands-on execution across the company’s highest-priority initiatives, including acquisitions, special projects, and day-to-day business operations.
Role Description
- Partner directly with the CEO as a strategic advisor and operational leader
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and special projects
- Evaluate, structure, and execute M&A opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments
- Drive cross-functional execution across departments to ensure company priorities are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Build operational systems and processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability
- Support CEO communications, investor materials, board updates, and key external relationships
- Help shape and reinforce company culture during periods of rapid growth
- Partner with leadership and HR on hiring, onboarding, and organizational development
Skills
- 3+ years in a business or executive management role
- Experience evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, or strategic investment opportunities preferred
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic operations roles
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth startups is a plus
