We are seeking a motivated and personable Part‑Time B2B Sales Person to support our growth within the UK manufacturing sector. You will help manufacturers improve their security posture by introducing them to our unique blend of physical and cyber security management services. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship‑building, structured outreach, and supporting clients on their journey to being better. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to manufacturing businesses to introduce Equilibrium Risk’s security management services.
  • Follow up warm leads generated through marketing, events, referrals, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Book appointments, calls, and discovery meetings for senior members of the team.
  • Communicate the benefits of our integrated physical and cyber security services clearly and confidently.
  • Use the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, record activity, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting.
