What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Mission)
- This is a 360 recruitment role in a new business sales environment. That means you'll learn how to build your own client base, find and manage top talent, and run your own recruitment desk like it’s your own business.
- Expect a healthy mix of sales, sourcing, client relationship building, and candidate management.
- Building client relationships through outbound calls, meetings, and networking.
- Writing job adverts and sourcing top candidates.

What We're Looking For
You don’t need recruitment experience, but you DO need to bring:
- Either 24 months+ experience in sales or retail OR
- A degree + consistent part-time work or summer jobs OR
- A competitive background (sporting achievements, leadership roles, etc.).
And most importantly, you’ll be:
