Engineering Contracts Recruitment Consultant – AI / Data / Machine Learning
Location: Outskirts of Reading (Office-based with free parking)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + Commission (up to 30%)

The Role:
You’ll join a contracts desk focused on placing top freelance talent into roles across AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. Working with fast-scaling start-ups through to global tech firms, you’ll be responsible for:

Building and managing client relationships

Sourcing and engaging skilled contract engineers

Negotiating rates, closing deals, and managing the full recruitment cycle

Working closely with an experienced team in a high-support, high-reward environment
Who we’re looking for:
We’re open to backgrounds – success here is all about attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn. You should have:

12 months+ in B2B sales OR 12 months+ recruitment experience (any sector)

Confidence on the phone and in person

Ambition to build a long-term career in specialist tech recruitment
