Location: Reading (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DPE + Commission & Benefits

Role Overview

We’re recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the UK Technology desk. You’ll be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment across high-demand technology markets including Data, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. This role offers a hybrid working pattern out of Reading, a competitive base salary up to £40,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme, and benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full 360° recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & placement
  • Build and manage client relationships with UK-based organisations hiring tech talent
  • Deliver quality hires across contract and permanent roles
  • Develop and execute search strategies using multiple channels (direct sourcing, market mapping, networks)
  • Partner with internal teams to understand role requirements and market trends
  • Hit and exceed individual revenue targets

Who You Are

  • 18 months – 2.5 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Comfortable recruiting into technical and non-technical roles
  • Open to both contract and permanent market experience
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and ready to cross-train into new tech markets
  • A strong communicator with the drive to build a personal desk
