Are you an experienced Cyber Security recruiter with a passion for building high-performing vendor sales teams?
Our client is an established, international specialist recruitment business with an outstanding reputation across the Cyber Security market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing Cyber Sales division.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the most recognised Cyber Security vendors in the market, partnering with businesses that are driving innovation across cloud security, identity, threat intelligence, network security, application security and emerging technologies.
Working within a collaborative, remote-first environment, you'll inherit a strong platform while having the autonomy to build your own specialist market and develop long-term client relationships.
The Role
As a Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing relationships with Cyber Security vendors across the UK and internationally.
- Recruiting sales professionals from Business Development Representatives through to Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Directors and VP-level appointments.
- Winning new business and growing existing client accounts.
- Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to offer management.
- Building and nurturing an extensive network of Cyber Security sales professionals.
- Delivering an exceptional consultative service to both clients and candidates.
- Working closely with an experienced leadership team in a highly collaborative environment.
About You
We're looking to speak with recruiters who have:
- 2–5 years' recruitment experience.
- A proven background placing Vendor Sales professionals within the Cyber Security market.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- A consistent billing history.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The drive to build a long-term career within a specialist, high-growth market.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
