Job Description
Recruitment Consultant (US AEC Market) - London
Ready to make a move into a truly lucrative and high-growth market?
My client is expanding a dynamic, forward-thinking recruitment firm specialising in permanent placements across the full project lifecycle within the booming US Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors. This is a 360-desk role where you'll leverage an existing strong client base whilst building your own specialist region and specialist market, with average fees across the business hitting £50k!
My client is looking for motivated, social, and highly communicative Recruitment Consultants to join their close-knit London team. As one of their first 25 consultants, you'll have unparalleled access to leadership opportunities.
Why join?
- Exceptional Earning Potential: Benefit from a market-leading, staggered commission structure of up to 50%, leading to significant earnings. They also offer a competitive base salary up to £50k (DOE).
- Structured Growth & Support: Receive comprehensive, personalised 1-on-1 training from their hands-on directors, along with workshops and online learning. You'll have a clear, fast-track progression path.
- Cutting-Edge Tools: My client has heavily invested in the latest Technology/AI to ensure your work is as efficient and effective as possible.
- Outstanding Culture & Perks: Enjoy a dynamic company culture with regular social events, incentive holidays abroad, and a flexible work-from-home policy. Their vibrant Central London office is packed with perks like free beer/cider, game tables (pool, ping-pong, foosball), complimentary barista coffee, and snacks. You'll also benefit from a Friday late start/early finish and an extended Christmas shutdown, on top of 22 days annual leave + bank holidays.
About You:
You're an experienced 360 recruitment consultant, ideally from the AEC markets, or with strong experience in another candidate-short, high-fee sector and are keen to transition into a high-growth market. Beyond that, you're an expert communicator with a self-confident and inquisitive nature, capable of building long-term relationships. You're highly organised, a quick learner, and eager to get stuck into a role where hard work, growth, and enjoyment go hand in hand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to tap into the high-fee US market with incredible support and a thriving culture.
