Job Description Senior Recruitment Consultant – Dutch Market Technology Focus
Location: Reading (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Dutch market team, focusing on placing technology talent with clients in the Netherlands and wider EMEA. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, build a strong candidate pipeline for growth markets such as data, software engineering, AI/ML and cyber security, and cultivate lasting client relationships. This role features a hybrid working model, strong base salary, and uncapped commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 360° recruitment: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and placing candidates
- Partner with clients in the Dutch market to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
- Build and nurture a strong network of tech professionals
- Drive desk revenue and exceed targets across permanent & contract roles
- Use proactive sourcing methods including headhunting and LinkedIn outreach
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions to share insights and resource opportunities
Who You Are
- 18 months – 2.5 years’ 360 recruitment experience (agency/in-house)
- Comfortable recruiting into technology or related disciplines
- Open to both contract and permanent recruitment backgrounds
- Enthusiastic about cross-training into specialist tech markets
- Goal-driven with excellent communication skills
