Role Overview
We’re recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the UK Technology desk. You’ll be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment across high-demand technology markets including Data, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. This role offers a hybrid working pattern out of Reading, a competitive base salary up to £40,000 plus an uncapped commission scheme, and benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full 360° recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & placement
- Build and manage client relationships with UK-based organisations hiring tech talent
- Deliver quality hires across contract and permanent roles
- Develop and execute search strategies using multiple channels (direct sourcing, market mapping, networks)
- Partner with internal teams to understand role requirements and market trends
- Hit and exceed individual revenue targets
Who You Are
- 18 months – 2.5 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable recruiting into technical and non-technical roles
- Open to both contract and permanent market experience
- Motivated, commercially aware, and ready to cross-train into new tech markets
- A strong communicator with the drive to build a personal desk
