📍 Reading (3 days office / 2 days remote) | 💼 Full-Time, Hybrid Working
💰 Up to £40,000 basic + Commission up to 30%
Are you a driven recruiter or salesperson with around 18 months of experience, ready to break into the fast-paced world of IT Contracts recruitment? 💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Recruiting .Software Development contractors for roles across a broad and active client base.

Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts while building out your own network.

Leveraging a well-maintained CRM and working alongside experienced consultants.

Running the full 360 contract recruitment process – sourcing, pitching, closing, and managing placements.

Keeping up with tech trends and building your brand in the .NET and broader Microsoft tech ecosystem.
👤 What We’re Looking For

18+ months’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales.

A desire to move into contract IT recruitment (experience in tech recruitment is a bonus, but not essential).

Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.

Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
