Job Description Senior Consultant / Consultant – C&I Finance and Accountancy
Location: Reading or London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DPE + Commission up to 35%

We’re partnering with a high-performing, specialist recruitment firm operating at the senior end of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Finance market. The team has just delivered its largest Q3 quarter to date and was recognised internally as Team of the Year — growth and investment are firmly on the agenda.
The Opportunity
- Join an established C&I Finance team with strong market credibility and the autonomy to:
- Develop and own your vertical within Senior Finance
- Recruit across Senior Management Accountant through to CFO-level mandates
- Deliver retained, contingent and exclusive assignments
- Build long-term partnerships with Finance Directors, CFOs and senior stakeholders

What They’re Looking For
- 12+ months B2B sales experience or up to 3 years’ recruitment experience
- A proactive approach to business development and candidate generation
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in the C&I Finance market
- Ambition to progress into senior, principal or leadership roles
Salary & Commission
- £30,000 – £45,000 basic (dependent on experience)
