📍 Fully Remote | UK Based
💰 Up to £40,000 Basic (DOE) + Commission + Benefits
🇺🇸 US East Coast Hours | 12pm – 10pm UK
I’m working with an established recruitment business with a proven Engineering market that is looking to add an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter / Lead Consultant to its team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established market, with particular focus on Electrical Engineering or Embedded Engineering, while developing long-term relationships across the US market.

You’ll be working across an established specialist Engineering market, with the flexibility to develop your own client and candidate network.
Key areas include:
- ⚡ Electrical Engineering
- 💻 Embedded Engineering
- Electronics
- Software / Firmware
- Controls & Automation
- Hardware Engineering
- Technical Engineering
🎯 We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who have:
✔️ Proven 360 recruitment experience
✔️ Experience recruiting within Electrical or Embedded Engineering ideally
✔️ An established client or candidate network
✔️ Strong BD and account management skills
✔️ A proven billing track record
✔️ Commercial drive and ambition
✔️ The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
✔️ Ideally someone operating at Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant level

The role is focused on the US East Coast, so you must be comfortable working 12pm – 10pm UK time.
