- 12+ months of recruitment experience within Technology or Data, ideally contract
- Someone seeking to run a warm, fast-moving 360 contract desk across Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, BI, ML Ops, etc.

- Source mid–senior level contract Data specialists via networking, LinkedIn, targeted outreach, events, and referrals

- Drive proactive business development within the Data market through events, market mapping, insights, and long-term relationship building
