We are partnered with a top-tier, award-winning recruitment agency in New York. If you’ve ever considered a career move to NYC, my client has openings for experienced consultants through to VP level to join their thriving teams.
As a globally established agency with a strong presence in the city, they have opportunities across various high-growth markets including Actuarial, Finance, Claims, and Legal. This is a full-desk 360 perm role, focusing on building client and candidate relationships within the insurance industry.
We're looking for seniors to VPs with a strong track record in new business development and a resilient mindset. While professional or financial services recruiting experience is a plus, they successfully cross-train consultants from similar white-collar markets.
For this move, my client offers a comprehensive relocation package that includes support with your visa, initial accommodation paid for, and a strong network of successful UK professionals who have already made the move. You'll be based in the London office or remotely until relocating.
You’ll be joining an established desk in a market with significantly higher fees, where you'll have a collaborative, "home away from home" team to support you every step of the way. The company culture is incredibly collaborative, with perks that include a transparent promotion pathway, tailored coaching, and a sociable team environment.
They offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, monthly team socials, extended lunch breaks, and an end-of-year shutdown.
As a side note, if you’re not looking to make a move to the US, my client is also hiring for their Manchester office. This would be a chance to join a high-performing team and work the UK market on a similar high-growth desk.
