The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Team Lead to head up an established Technology contract recruitment team in London. This role is suited to a proven leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance, and leading from the front.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary up to £70,000, plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example through hands-on business development, client meetings, and market networking
  • Manage, mentor, and develop consultants from trainee through to senior-level
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Technology sector
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new consultants to support team growth
  • Foster a culture of high performance and value-driven behaviour

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a Technology niche
  • Proven success in business development and relationship management
  • Experience coaching and developing consultants at different levels
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style
  • Ambition to progress within a global organisation
