Are you an experienced Technology Recruiter ready to take the next step into a genuine leadership role? We're working exclusively with a high-growth recruitment business that's investing heavily in its future and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to become one of the most influential hires in the business. This is far more than a billing manager position. You'll be responsible for leading from the front, developing consultants, driving growth and helping shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding technology recruitment business.
The Opportunity

- Develop a contract strategy across Software Engineering, Data & AI and GTM markets
- Recruit, mentor and develop future consultants
