My client is a highly autonomous team looking for their next senior member. They specialise in challenging, deep tech roles with VC-backed startups and scale-ups across Europe/US, covering critical market domains like:

  • Quantitative Trading & Research
  • Algorithmic Trading Systems
  • Low-Latency Engineering (C++/Rust/Go)
  • Applied AI / Machine Learning (ML)
  • MLOps & AI Observability (specialising in Quant/Algo environments)
  • Robotics & Autonomous Systems

  • Massive Earning Potential: Generous base salary plus 20-25% commission (no threshold, uncapped). Keep 70% of the fee on house accounts.
  • Total Autonomy: You operate as a mini business owner with a clear roadmap to Division Lead and a share scheme at Principal level.
  • True Hybrid Work: Only one office day per week (Shoreditch, Monday) with four days remote, provided you hit activity targets. You receive generous home-working budgets.
