Equilibrium Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR Team.
- Supporting line managers by offering professional and pragmatic support and advice on employee-related issues.
- Identifying potential legal and business risks and providing practical recommendations to mitigate these.
- Maintaining accurate case records and recording all activity on our HR System.
- Keeping up to date with employment law developments and ensuring policies and practices reflect current legislation and best practice.
- Be CIPD qualified to a minimum level 3.
