The Role
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home while working closely with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong administration experience (care home experience desirable)
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, email & phone systems
- Have excellent data entry accuracy & attention to detail
- Have experience with Sage or similar accounting software
- Possess bookkeeping knowledge (preferred)
- Can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Build positive relationships and communicate effectively
- Take a proactive approach to supporting the wider team
