Equilibrium Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR Team.

Main responsibilities include: Supporting line managers by offering professional and pragmatic support and advice on Employee related issues Managing ER cases from initial consultation to end resolution in a timely manner Supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and other ER related processes Preparing meeting and hearing documentation, invite and outcome letters Identifying potential legal and business risks and providing practical recommendations to mitigate these Maintaining accurate case records and recording all activity on our HR System Keeping up to date with employment law developments and ensuring policies and practices reflect current legislation and best practice The ideal candidate will: Be an experienced ER professional with a proven track record Be CIPD qualified to a minimum level 3 Have experience of working within a multi-site organisation Have up to date and working knowledge of employment law and best practice guidance Have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Be able to respond effectively to planned and un-planned work priorities Prior experience of the healthcare sector would be desirable, but not essential.

Summary: 40 hours per week (hybrid working, the successful candidate will be willing to travel frequently between all Manchester based sites and must have access to own transport to enable this). £34,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
