About Equilibrium Healthcare

Equilibrium Healthcare operates specialist dementia and mental healthcare facilities across Greater Manchester. The group also includes a number of associated businesses under common ownership, including recruitment and investment companies.

About the Role

The Commercial Delivery Lead will work directly with the Commercial Director to support the delivery of key commercial, operational, commissioning and strategic priorities across the Group. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness, financial confidence and the ability to create structure across multiple, varied workstreams. The post holder will translate strategic priorities and plans into clear delivery timelines, actions, trackers, reports, governance material and implemented outcomes. The role spans commercial projects, commissioning support, financial analysis, internal improvement and stakeholder management. We need someone who can act as an extension of the Commercial Director, creating structure, driving delivery and turning priorities into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and drive delivery of commercial, commissioning, operational, and development projects, ensuring priorities are progressed effectively
  • Turn strategic priorities into clear timelines, actions, and follow-ups and delivery
  • Support commissioning and marketing initiatives where needed
  • Work with financial models, trackers, reports, and decision-support analysis
  • Coordinate board packs, governance materials, reporting cycles, and meeting documentation
  • Support internal restructuring, process improvements, system implementation, and contract updates
  • Liaise with commissioners, advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders where required
  • Take ownership of cross-functional tasks that don’t sit neatly within one department

About You

We’re looking for someone who can bring order, energy, and momentum:

  • Commercially aware, confident with numbers, and numerate and confident using Excel
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and hands-on and able to create structure without constant direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communicator being clear, concise, and confident both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
  • Personable and great at building relationships across teams
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, taking ownership of projects and driving delivery across multiple areas of a business would be highly valued.

What We Offer

  • £43,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
  • Career growth and development opportunities
  • Birthday Day off
  • Refer-a-friend scheme
  • Free onsite parking
  • Eye care vouchers

If you’re someone who loves turning plans into action, bringing structure to complexity, and making things happen—we’d love to hear from you.
