We're growing, and we're looking for a Paraplanner to grow with us.

What this role actually is

This isn't a back-office paraplanning position. If you want to sit quietly behind the scenes, this probably isn't for you. This is a role for someone who loves the technical depth of financial planning and the energy of being in front of clients. You'll attend meetings, own a client bank, build relationships, and be a genuine point of expertise within the team. You'll work closely with our Financial Planners, contributing to complex planning strategies, preparing recommendation reports, conducting portfolio reviews, and making sure clients always feel looked after.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in financial planning or paraplanning
  • Level 4 Diploma as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered, or already there
  • Real experience with high-net-worth and complex clients
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and planning
  • Someone who can build trust quickly and manage relationships with confidence
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working at pace
