About The Role
We are looking for a Vice President, Sales to join us in London to help drive new enterprise revenue across EMEA for our full Securities Finance product suite with a focus on our Data platform Orbisa. As Vice President, Sales, you will operate at the forefront of our commercial strategy. You will engage senior decision-makers across buy-side and sell-side institutions, positioning us as a long-term infrastructure and data solutions provider. We are seeking a consistent top performer with a clear and sustained record of outperformance, strong market credibility, and the execution capability to drive revenue for the company. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven sales person who combines securities finance expertise with executive presence, disciplined sales execution, and the ability to build strategic, revenue-generating partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan to generate significant new revenue across our integrated product suite.
- Originate, cultivate and close complex, high-value opportunities within securities finance market segments.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across buy-side and sell-side institutions, leveraging deep market networks to unlock strategic access.
- Engage C-suite and executive stakeholders to understand their long-term strategic priorities and position our solutions as critical to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and revenue optimisation.
- Demonstrate ownership of the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation and qualification through commercial structuring, contract negotiation and closing.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined opportunity management, clear prioritisation of high-value deals and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to align complex client requirements with solution capabilities.
- Partner closely with Legal and Revenue Operations to ensure all commercial agreements are structurally sound, commercially viable and fully compliant with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive insights that inform broader commercial strategy and product development.
- Represent us at industry events and senior forums to the highest professional standards, proactively strengthening our market presence and generating high-quality strategic opportunities through effective networking.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and adhere to all governance, compliance and regulatory licensing requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of relevant commercial experience with a demonstrable record of sustained overachievement in sales including extensive experience in data sales.
- A clear and consistent history of outperforming revenue targets across multiple performance years.
- Proven experience originating and closing complex, enterprise-level agreements with meaningful commercial impact.
- Proven understanding of securities finance market structure, client dynamics and regulatory drivers.
- Established and credible network of senior decision-makers across buy-side and sell-side institutions across EMEA including Hedge Funds.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience structuring and negotiating sophisticated, multi-faceted agreements.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge and engage senior stakeholders at board and C-suite level.
- A disciplined, self-directed and resilient approach to pipeline generation, deal execution and long sales cycles.
- High standards of professionalism and accountability in fast paced sales focused environment.
- Demonstrates strong commercial judgement and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Product, Legal and Revenue Operations to structure relevant, compliant and commercially robust enterprise agreements.
- Established reputation within your industry with the credibility, professionalism and networking capability to represent the firm at industry events and forums.
