What You’ll Do

- Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, candidate availability, assessment approaches, and hiring risks.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent searches across regions, functions, and seniority levels, maintaining strong pace, prioritisation, and quality of delivery.
- Deliver hiring across a broad range of disciplines including Technology, Client, Product and Corporate Functions.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, referrals, research, and talent mapping.
- Drive momentum and clarity throughout hiring processes, identifying and addressing blockers to keep recruitment moving efficiently.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and well-managed interview processes.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the UK, North America, and Asia to ensure alignment with workforce priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS, ensuring high standards of data quality, documentation, and reporting against agreed hiring KPIs.
- Use recruitment data and pipeline insights to track progress, highlight risks, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, implementing practical enhancements that support scale and consistency.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, including process refinement, interview practice improvements, and tooling optimisation.
- Share best practices with Talent Acquisition colleagues to support consistent recruitment delivery across regions and functions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle, end-to-end recruitment experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or comparable corporate environments.
- Proven experience delivering both technical and non-technical hiring, with the ability to adapt approach across different role types and stakeholder groups.

- Strong sourcing capability, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to independently deliver hiring outcomes from sourcing through offer and close, without reliance on external agencies.
- Experience managing multiple roles concurrently across different functions and geographies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and provide clear, pragmatic guidance.
- High levels of organisation, accuracy, and process discipline, with experience working in modern ATS environments; Greenhouse experience preferred.
