The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to provide comprehensive support services to the executive, ensuring a professional, responsive, and effective experience with the organization as a whole, thereby increasing the executive's available time for executive-level responsibilities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Equiinet policies, practices, and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts with little guidance, and make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage confidential and time-sensitive material with a high degree of discretion.
- Prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports. Write error-free, eloquent emails and letters.
- Oversee department-wide ordering of office supplies.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- Reconcile credit card expense reports monthly.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management.
- Manage incoming calls, prioritize phone messages, emails, and mail.
- Handle executive calls and visitors with professionalism and grace.
- Act as a liaison to other departments across the organization.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience with excellent grammar and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment.
- Demonstrate responsibility, good judgment, accuracy, and discretion.
- Ability to work well in a team, handle stress in a changing environment, and multi-task under pressure.
- Effective interpersonal skills for dealing with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
