Job Opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a fast paced, growing FinTech business based in Windsor (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). This is a 6 month fixed term contract. There will also be the potential for this to turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
About the Role
- Financial Records & Transactions
- Keep our financial records and ledgers up to date and accurate
- Handle the day‑to‑day processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Take ownership of company credit card administration
- Reconciliations & Reporting
- Carry out regular bank and account reconciliations
- Play an active role in month‑end and year‑end close activities
- Prepare VAT submissions with precision
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports
- Accounts & Payroll
- Oversee the flow of accounts payable and receivable
- Provide support with payroll processing as needed
- Assets & Audit
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Assist with audit queries during the annual year‑end review
About You
- Hands on management accounting experience working in a growing SME
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of VAT, payroll, and regulatory compliance
- Prior interim experience would be beneficial
