- Advising on individual compensation cases, senior-level offers and hiring decisions.
- Preparing compensation recommendations, offer proposals and salary benchmarking analysis.
- Using market data to advise on competitive pay across different roles and geographies.
- Managing employee benefits across a multi-country European population, working closely with brokers and external providers.
- Partnering with HR, Finance, Legal and Compliance on reward governance, reporting and remuneration requirements.
- Supporting compensation planning, budgets and senior-level reward decisions.
- Reviewing and improving existing Reward processes, systems and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and technology, including exploring the use of AI across Compensation & Benefits.
- Contributing to wider Reward, wellbeing and employee initiatives across the business.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–8 years’ experience across Compensation & Benefits, Reward or Total Reward.
- Experience within private equity, private markets, hedge funds, asset management or broader financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits and salary benchmarking.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries / European jurisdictions.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
- The ability to challenge constructively and communicate complex Reward matters clearly.
- Experience improving Reward processes, systems or reporting.
- An interest in AI, automation and Reward technology.
- A highly discreet and detail-oriented approach when handling confidential compensation information.
Why Join?
- High-visibility Reward role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
- A strong blend of technical Reward, commercial advisory and stakeholder management, rather than a purely analytical or operational position.
- Genuine opportunity to influence compensation decisions and help shape the firm's wider Reward strategy and infrastructure.
- Scope to introduce new ideas, improve processes and drive efficiencies across Compensation & Benefits.
- Opportunity to explore and implement AI, automation and technology-led Reward solutions.
