Equifind are representing a leading Insurance firm based in Liverpool Street, London, who are looking to hire a Talent & Development Specialist. This is a highly visible role focused on shaping and delivering the organisation’s talent and development strategy, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, succession planning, performance management, and high-potential talent programmes.
