We’re seeking a qualified Management Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA, 1–3 years PQE) who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong audit and reconciliation expertise, and is ready to make an immediate difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the management accounts across multiple entities (P&L and Balance Sheet reporting)
• Drive consolidated reporting and support group-level visibility
• Oversee accounts payable & expenses with precision
• Lead the annual audit process, acting as the key contact for auditors
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and MI reporting
• Support tax statement production and compliance
• Strengthen the financial framework by enhancing controls and policies
• Contribute to ad hoc projects that shape the future of the business

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1–3 years PQE
• Power Query or Power BI is desirable
• Proven audit experience and strong reconciliation skills
• Fintech or financial services background (advantageous)
• Confident communicator and proactive self-starter

Compensation & Next Steps

• £60k–£75k pro rata (6-month contract) depending on experience
• Day rate options available (inside IR35)
• Interviews early next week – assignment starts the following week
