The Role:

The key responsibilities for the Office Assistant for the Infrastructure Fund based in Liverpool Street will be:

  • Working with the Office Manager to support office operations by coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Office Manager and various Directors as required.
  • Support Directors on governance projects, including centralising banking platforms and entity compliance
  • Provide finance and reporting support including collate and reconcile fees, assist with basic reconciliations whilst also preparing documentation.
  • Oversight of corporate filing structure.
  • Support in organising meetings, team events and training sessions.

Application Criteria:

To be considered for the role of Office Assistant working for this Infrastructure firm based in Liverpool Street, candidates should ideally have:

  • 24-Months’ experience of working in a similar role within Financial Services (Insurance/Real Estate/Legal).
  • Previous exposure to office administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
