A highly successful boutique investment firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support its Founder. This is a fast‑paced, varied role combining high‑level EA support, office management, team coordination and elements of private PA work. It suits someone organised, proactive and adaptable who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, entrepreneurial environment.

The position is relationship‑driven and requires someone naturally helpful, responsive and confident taking ownership of both business and personal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management for the Founder
  • Using AI tools including Claude and Copilot to streamline workflows
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Booking and coordinating complex travel for the Founder and wider team
  • Expense management and Amex reconciliations
  • Office management: supplies, food/drinks orders, facilities oversight and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Supporting conferences, events and company initiatives throughout the year
  • Private PA duties: personal admin, appointments, shopping and travel
  • Assisting with presentations, Excel work (including formulas) and expense coding
  • Liaising with investors, clients and external stakeholders
  • Managing LinkedIn marketing activity and broader business support projects
  • Coordinating company‑wide logistics including annual offsites, Christmas events and client gifting
