Equifind are delighted to be partnering with a growing international Consulting Group, as they look to hire a permanent Management Accountant. Your role will support core finance operations across a multi-entity group. This is a hands-on, all-round finance role ideal for someone part-qualified / finalist level who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration. The role will require you to be in the London office twice a week, three days working from home and you will report directly to the Finance Director. The group includes three entities: UK (primary), US, and Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly consolidated group management accounts
- Support month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting
- Manage timesheet entries and ensure accurate tracking
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Handle invoicing and apply correct VAT treatment on sales invoices
- Respond to finance-related queries and support internal teams
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial documentation
About you
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of VAT on sales invoices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
